Today, I spoke with an aspiring speaker. As she looked for tips and pointers about this biz, I suggested she attend the Speaker’s University conducted by my chapter of the National Speakers Association here in St. Louis. This is an all day event on Oct. 14 that will help emerging speakers get the vital info they need; not to mention helping non-aspiring speakers to hone their presentation skills.
